1. Services
We agree to provide cleaning services as described in our service agreement. Our staff is trained and will perform the services professionally and to the best of their ability.
2. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash or direct deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
4. Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service.
5. Damage or Loss
Our staff will treat your property with care. However, in the event of damage or loss caused by our staff, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
6. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
7. Liability
Our liability for any damage or loss related to our cleaning services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website.
